Cutter HMRE0030-XH0 by CUTMETALL for recycling machines by Rudnick & Enners.

 

Compatibility with machines:

For crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders by the producer Rudnick & Enners the cutter is excellently fitting.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the service life can be influenced by the material and the cutting geometry. This means that the efficiency can be well adapted to the input.

The cutter is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard variant in most applications.

Here you are offered a good compromise between insensitivity to wear and toughness.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the lifetime of the cutter.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the spare parts. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To attach the cutter, the cutting tool has a drilling for M12 threads.

When installing, please also assure that the support of the cutters is in an ideal condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

This cutter is 30mm long, 30mm wide and 20mm high.
