Cutting performance and durability:

This item can be customised to the area of application, depending on the different materials and the variance in cutting shape.

Comparatively, the W9-variant wears faster than the X-version due to its lower hardness. Also the resistance to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-option is a notable feature compared to the X-variation.

In this version, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears homogenously over its lifetime.

However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the spare parts. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
