This counter knife is perfectly suitable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders from Eldan Recycling.

The efficiency of this cutting tool depends chiefly on the variation of the material and shape.
In the X-version, the counter knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard option in most break down applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.
Here you are offered a beneficial compromise between insensitivity to wear and toughness.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the tool life of the counter knife.
We emphasise that this variant should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

The subsequent measures are available: 359mm length, 99mm width, 39mm height.
This favourable version in comparison to our Premium Line is part of the Eco Line.
