Compatibility with machines:
This counter knife has been constructed for Lindner Antares model series by manufacturer Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
The spare part can be matched to the operational scenario, depending on the particular materials and the variance in shape.
Comparatively, the W9-variant is softer than the X-version. Furthermore, the W9-variation wears also faster. On the other hand, it has the advantage of increased toughness and is also resistant to impurities.
Cutting tools of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.
However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the cutting tools. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
Fastening in the machine:
The component is applicable for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the various range of models, other configuration options can be realised.
When fitting the counter knife, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

This counter knife is 305mm long, 101mm wide and 27mm high.
