The counter knife is to be fitted for the Vecoplan VEZ and Vecoplan VEZ model series from Vecoplan.

Through the use of various materials and varying the shape, the cutting tool can be matched to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and longevity.
This spare part shown is made of tool steel in the X-version, which is our standard variant for most operational scenarios. The hardness of this counter knife is in the medium range.
Here you are offered a good compromise between resistance to wear and toughness.
In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifespan.
Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The counter knife will be sold as a set of 7 parts.
This counter knife can be used for knives and cutters with a length and width of 110mm. Due to the broad range of models, further configuration variants are possible.
It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
General characteristics:
The component measures 3167mm in length, 175mm in width and 38mm in height.
Since the counter knife is part of our Eco Line, the item offers a favourable alternative to the Premium Line.
