Compatibility with machines:
This counter knife is to be used for the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 2500 models from Vecoplan.

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the service life can be impacted by the material and the shape. This means that the performance can be well customised to the application scenario.
The counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-version, which is the standard option in most applications.
Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.
In this variant, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifetime.
It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of items of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.
Fastening in the machine:
The counter knife will be sold as a set of 6 parts.
The item is applicable for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, various configuration variants can be realised.
When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

This cutting tool measures 2475mm in length, 125mm in width and 50mm in height.
As this counter knife belongs to the Premium Line, the spare part is manufactured exclusively in Germany.
