This counter knife is suitable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders from Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The item can be configured to the operational scenario, depending on the different materials and varying cutting geometry.

The toughness of this B1-variant is so high, due to the special core strength, that the counter knife of this variation exactly fits applications where the input material is contaminated with impurities. However, it also wears out more quickly.

A counter knife of this version is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the cutting tool unstable in terms of lifetime.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted right on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of models, other configuration variations are possible.

When fitting the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
