Compatibility with machines:

For crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders by the manufacturer Lindner Recyclingtech the counter knife is perfectly fitting.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting geometry and the material used for constructing have a significant impact on the insensitivity and product lifespan.

Comparatively, the W9-variant wears more quickly than the X-option due to its lower hardness. Also the resistance to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-version is a notable feature compared to the X-variation.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the service life of the counter knife.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the products. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife can be used for knives and cutters with a length and width of 95mm. Due to the broad range of shredder models, further configuration options are possible.

When installing the counter knife, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
