The counter knife is to be used in shredders of the Lindner Saturn model from the manufacturer Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of various materials and the variance in the cutting shape, the component can be customised to the application area in terms of throughput and lifetime.

Comparatively, the W9-variant wears faster than the X-option due to its lower hardness. Also the resistance to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-variation is a notable feature compared to the X-version.

Spare parts of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life cycle.

We underline that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This cutting tool fits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 95mm. Due to the wide range of recycling models, other configuration options may be available.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
