The counter knife can be installed in the crusher, the shredder, the pre-shredder and the post-shredder of the Vecoplan brand.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a considerable impact on the insensitivity and lifespan.

The B2-option has a high tensile strength, but is also more sensitive to wear.

A counter knife of this variation is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the product irregular in terms of durability.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted external on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

This spare part is applicable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the various range of models, further configuration variants can be realised.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an ideal condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
