The X-option of this product is made of tool steel. The version has a medium hardness and lays between the W- and Y-variants.

Here we offer you a suitable combination of resistance to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will severely weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted external on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

This component fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of shredding models, further configuration variations may be available.

When installing the counter knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
