Compatibility with machines:

This counter knife is ideally suitable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders from Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of particular materials and varying the shape, the product can be configured to the area of application in terms of throughput and knife life.

The high tensile strength is a feature of the B2-variation. However, it has a disadvantage in terms of wear behaviour.

In this variant, the spare parts are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the spare part wears out less at the beginning of its life, but its efficiency drops dramatically afterwards.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted external on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

The counter knife can be used for knives and cutters with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the wide range of models, further configuration variants are possible.

When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

This counter knife is 381mm long, 124.7mm wide and 25mm high.

As this counter knife belongs to the Premium Line, the cutting tool is exclusively made in German production.
