Cutting performance and durability:

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the lifetime of the product can be influenced by the material and the shape. This means that the performance can be well configured to the input.

The B1-option has a high core strength, but is also more susceptible to wear. The advantage of this version is its high toughness. Spare Parts of this design can also be used with input material that is contaminated with impurities.

Spare parts of this variation are case-hardened, so that the hardness is clearly higher in the edge layer than in the core.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This cutting tool suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the wide range of recycling models, further configuration variants may be available.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
