Products of this option are case-hardened, so that the hardness is remarkably higher in the edge layer than in the core.

This spare part is suitable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, other configuration variants can be realised.

When attaching the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
