Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the tool life of the counter knife.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the items. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of models, further configuration options are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
