The component presented is made of tool steel in the X-version, which is our standard variation for most application areas. The hardness of this counter knife is in the medium range.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifetime.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will severely weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

This item is ideal for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the various range of models, further configuration variants can be realised.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
