The counter knife can be installed in the Lindner Saturn machine manufactured by Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of different materials and the variance in the cutting shape, the spare part can be customised to the break down application in terms of throughput and service life.

By contrast, the W9-option wears faster than the X-version due to its lower hardness. Also the resistance to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-variant is a remarkable feature compared to the X-variation.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the lifetime of the counter knife.

Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This product is applicable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 95mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, other configuration options can be realised.

When fitting the counter knife, please assure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

This counter knife is 503.6mm long, 126mm wide and 37mm high.
