This B1-variant is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this option. However, knives of this variation wear out more quickly.

In this version, the products are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the component wears out less at the beginning of its life, but its efficiency drops dramatically afterwards.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

This item is fitting for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 130mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, other configuration variants can be realised.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
