This counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard variant in most operational scenarios.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Products of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains persistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its tool life.

We underline that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of shredder models, other configuration options are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
