This counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-version, which is the standard variation in most areas of application.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this option, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears evenly over its lifespan.

However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the components. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

The cutting tool is suitable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 80mm. With regard to the various range of models, other configuration variants can be realised.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
