Here you are offered a good compromise between resistance to wear and toughness.

In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears evenly over its lifespan.

We emphasise that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

The spare part is fitting for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 80mm. With regard to the various range of models, other configuration variants can be realised.
