A counter knife of this version is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the product irregular in terms of tool life.

This counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the broad range of recycling machines, other configuration variations are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
