Compatibility with machines:

The counter knife can be installed in the crusher, the shredder, the pre-shredder and the post-shredder of the Vecoplan brand.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the lifetime of the product can be impacted by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the performance can be well customised to the input material.

The B1-version has a high core strength, but is also more susceptible to wear. The advantage of this variant is its high toughness. Spare Parts of this design can also be used with input that is contaminated with impurities.

In this option, the components are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the product wears out less at the beginning of its life span, but its efficiency drops dramatically afterwards.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

This component is applicable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 80mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, various configuration variants can be realised.

When fitting the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
