The X-variant of this spare part is made of tool steel. The cutting tool has a medium hardness and lays between the W- and Y-variants.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of resistance to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this version, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will severely weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

This product is fitting for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the various range of models, further configuration options can be realised.

When installing the counter knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
