The counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard option in most application areas.

Here we offer you a suitable combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.

We underline that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of recycling machines, other configuration variants are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
