The B1-variant has a high core strength, but is also more susceptible to wear. The advantage of this version is its high toughness. Cutting tools of this design can also be used with input material that is loaded with impurities.

Spare parts of this option are case-hardened, so that the hardness is noticeably higher in the edge layer than in the core.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
