Compatibility with machines:

This counter knife is perfectly suitable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders from Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the lifespan can be impacted by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the performance can be well adapted to the break down application.

This B1-version is characterized by its resistance to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this variant. However, knives of this option wear out more rapidly.

Items of this variation are case-hardened, so that the hardness is significantly higher in the edge layer than in the core.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted left on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

The cutting tool is ideal for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, other configuration options can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

The measurements of the counter knife are 650mm long, 131mm wide and 39mm high.
