In the X-version, the counter knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard option in most applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of resistance to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will acutely weaken the structure.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted left on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of models, further configuration options are possible.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
