Cutting performance and durability:

The performance of the product depends primarily on the variant of the material and cutting geometry.

This B1-version is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this option. Nonetheless, knives of this variation wear out more rapidly.

A counter knife of this variation is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the cutting tool irregular in terms of durability.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted left on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

This item is fitting for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, other configuration options can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
