The counter knife can be installed in the crusher, the shredder, the pre-shredder and the post-shredder of the Lindner Recyclingtech brand.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of particular materials and the variance in the shape, the cutting tool can be matched to the area of application in terms of throughput and lifespan.

The W9-version wears faster than the X-variation, but also has increased toughness and is insensitive to impurities. However, the hardness of the W9-option is lower than that of the X-variant.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the service life of the counter knife.

Hardfacing or welding on this variant should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 95mm. Due to the broad range of shredder models, other configuration variations are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
