Cutting performance and durability:

The product can be customised to the operational scenario, depending on the particular materials and varying shape.

This B1-option is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this variation. Nonetheless, knives of this version wear out more quickly.

In this variant, the products are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the component wears out less at the beginning of its life span, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the wide range of models, further configuration variants are possible.

When attaching the counter knife, please assure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
