This cutting tool is ideally fitting for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders, and post-shredders from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The efficiency of this product depends primarily on the variation of the material and shape.

This alloyed tool steel is 5 % softer than the X-variant and is therefore less susceptible to fractures. This makes this W-option ideal for utilizations where impurities are present in the input. In return, however, this version has a shorter tool life.

In this variant, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears homogenously over its lifetime.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of components of this version, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The spare part fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 65mm. Due to the wide range of shredding machines, other configuration variations may be available.

When installing the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
