This B1-variant is characterized by its resistance to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this option. However, knives of this version wear out more rapidly.

A counter knife of this variation is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the cutting tool irregular in terms of longevity.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is sold as a whole set, consisting of 6 parts.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an ideal condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
