In this option, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifespan.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will seriously weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The product is sold as a whole set, consisting of 6 parts.

The cutting tool is applicable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 80mm. With regard to the various range of models, further configuration options can be realised.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an ideal condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
