The performance of the item depends predominantly on the version of the material and cutting geometry.

The toughness of this B1-variant is so high, due to the particular core strength, that the counter knife of this variation excellently suits applications where the input is contaminated with impurities. Nonetheless, it also wears out more rapidly.

Spare parts of this option are case-hardened, so that the hardness is noticeably higher in the edge layer than in the core.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 6 parts.

This product fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the broad range of shredding models, further configuration variants may be available.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
