Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Spare parts of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life cycle.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of products of this variant, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 6 parts.

The product is fitting for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, other configuration variants can be realised.

When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
