Compatibility with machines:

This counter knife can be installed in the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 1600 models from the producer Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of particular materials and the variance in the cutting geometry, the item can be customised to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and longevity.

The counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variant, which is the standard version in most applications.

Here you are offered a good compromise between resistance to wear and toughness.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the tool life of the counter knife.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will seriously weaken the structure.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The cutting tool is sold as a whole set, consisting of 6 parts.

This product is ideal for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, various configuration options can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

The counter knife is 1544mm long, 84mm wide and 26.5mm high.
