Compatibility with machines:

For crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders by the producer Lindner Recyclingtech the counter knife is excellently applicable.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The efficiency of the item depends predominantly on the variation of the material and cutting geometry.

This counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-version, which is the standard variant in most areas of application.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

In this option, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifetime.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the cutting tools. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The component is fitting for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 65mm. With regard to the various range of models, further configuration variants can be realised.

When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
