Spare parts of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains persistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life cycle.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of components of this version, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

The counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 43mm. Due to the broad range of models, other configuration variants are possible.

When fitting the counter knife, please assure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
