Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Items of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life cycle.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will seriously weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 5 parts.

This cutting tool fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the wide range of shredding machines, further configuration variants may be available.

When fitting the counter knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
