Compatibility with machines:
The counter knife can be installed in the Vecoplan VAZ, Vecoplan VAZ, and Vecoplan VAZ 2000 machine models from Vecoplan.
Cutting performance and durability:
The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the knife life can be influenced by the material and the cutting geometry. This means that the efficiency can be well customised to the break down application.
The toughness of this B1-variation is so high, due to the special core strength, that the counter knife of this version ideally suits applications where the input material is contaminated with impurities. However, it also wears out more quickly.
In this option, the components are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the component wears out less at the beginning of its life span, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.
Fastening in the machine:
The counter knife will be sold as a set of 5 parts.
This counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the broad range of shredder models, other configuration variants are possible.
When fitting the counter knife, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

As this counter knife belongs to the Premium Line, the product presented is exclusively made in German production.
