This counter knife can be fitted for shredders of the Weima WLK model series from Weima Maschinenbau GmbH.

This B1-variant is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this version. Nonetheless, knives of this variation wear out more quickly.

A counter knife of this option is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the cutting tool irregular in terms of durability.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is sold as a whole set, consisting of 5 parts.

This spare part is applicable for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, further configuration options can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
