The cutting geometry and the material used for constructing have a considerable impact on the resistance and service life.

The B1-option has a high core strength, but is also more susceptible to wear. The advantage of this version is its high toughness. Components of this design can also be used with input that is loaded with impurities.

Cutting tools of this variation are case-hardened, so that the hardness is clearly higher in the edge layer than in the core.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The product suits knives and cutters with a length and width of 30mm. Due to the wide range of shredding machines, other configuration options may be available.

When fitting the counter knife, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
