This counter knife is perfectly fitting for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of different materials and varying the cutting geometry, the item can be adjusted to the application area in terms of throughput and durability.

This X-variant counter knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variation in most areas of application. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of resistance to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

Items of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains persistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its tool life.

We underline that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The spare part fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 65mm. Due to the wide range of recycling models, other configuration variants may be available.

When attaching the counter knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
