This item can be customised to the area of application, depending on the various materials and varying shape.

The B1-version has a high core strength, but is also more susceptible to wear. The advantage of this variation is its high toughness. Spare Parts of this design can also be used with input material that is loaded with impurities.

A counter knife of this option is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the cutting tool irregular in terms of lifetime.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The component fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the broad range of models, other configuration options may be available.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
