Compatibility with machines:
This spare part is perfectly fitting for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders, and post-shredders from Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
This item can be customised to the break down application, depending on the different materials and varying cutting shape.
By contrast, the W9-option wears faster than the X-variation due to its lower hardness. Also the insensitivity to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-variant is a noteworthy feature compared to the X-version.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the lifetime of the counter knife.
However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the spare parts. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
Fastening in the machine:
The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 50mm. Due to the wide range of recycling machines, other configuration variants are possible.
When installing, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
General characteristics:
The measures of the counter knife are 498mm long, 108mm wide and 27mm high.
This favourable option in comparison to our Premium Line is part of the Eco Line.
