This counter knife can be used in the Lindner Micromat machine manufactured by Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the service life can be impacted by the material and the shape. This means that the efficiency can be well adapted to the application area.

In comparison, the W9-variant wears more rapidly than the X-variation due to its lower hardness. Also the resistance to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-version is a noteworthy feature compared to the X-option.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the tool life of the counter knife.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the spare parts. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The cutting tool fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the wide range of models, further configuration variants may be available.

When attaching the counter knife, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
