Compatibility with machines:
This counter knife is a perfect fit for the Lindner Micromat MS model series from Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
The performance of this spare part depends chiefly on the variation of the material and shape.
By contrast, the W9-option wears faster than the X-variant due to its lower hardness. Also the insensitivity to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-version is a noteworthy feature compared to the X-variation.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the tool life of the counter knife.
Hardfacing or welding on this variant should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be acutely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The cutting tool is fitting for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 43mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, various configuration variants can be realised.
When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
