Compatibility with machines:
The counter knife can be installed in the crusher, the shredder, the pre-shredder and the post-shredder of the Lindner Recyclingtech brand.
Cutting performance and durability:
The performance of the cutting tool depends chiefly on the version of the material and cutting geometry.
The W3-variant wears faster than the Y-, X-, W- and W9-variants, but has a very high toughness. This options defies many impurities and is therefore suitable for demanding utilizations. This counter knife of the W8 can usually be welded or armoured on again without any subsequent breakage. The material is a cold work steel.
In this option, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.
Fastening in the machine:
This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 117mm. Due to the wide range of recycling machines, further configuration variations are possible.
When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

The measurements of this product are 452.6mm in length, 199.5mm in width and 32mm in height.
