Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the service life of the counter knife.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will severely weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

This product is fitting for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the various range of models, further configuration variants can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
